About Me.
My name is Kaelin Peterson. I have earned a Doctor of Education in Performance Improvement Leadership, an MBA, and a BA in Political Science. I have over 15 years of experience in higher education, serving traditionally under-served and under-represented communities, in enrollment, student services, and faculty roles.

My personal values anchor my decision-making, and I love sharing with others how to identify, define, and center their own values. In my experience, this practice allows for growth through alignment and authenticity.

A Turning Point
While living in Japan as a military spouse, I engaged with an organization that offered leadership development opportunities to active-duty military spouses in the area. This experience changed my life. I was able to participate and collaborate within the organization to focus offerings on personal, values-based leadership, community, and authenticity. We created a space that empowered participants through the practice of authenticity.
